Worn fascias and soffits along the front of a terraced house replaced, working from a scaffold tower.

The job

The fascias and soffits along the front of this terraced house had deteriorated.

With a scaffold tower up, Richard and two helpers took the old boards down and fitted new fascias and soffits along the roofline.

A small leak traced to displaced clay tiles — the tiles were readjusted back into position and the area sealed.
